Could anybody help me out how to calculate the demand factor for the offices in high-rise building using NEC std?

The current project is in Middle East and here normally followed the British standard (BS)

I don't understand the question. One does not "calculate" a demand factor. One calculates the total connected load, using the rules that Byran alluded to, and then one "applies" any demand factors that are permitted by that article. What is it that you are given, as source information, and what are you trying to accomplish?
