Demand factor of kitchen equipment in restaurants

Dears ,
i have a question about kitchen equipment and restaurant low voltage distribution
i have 5 restaurant with 1 main kitchen for all , i want to make sure that i understood it correctly that i can take demand factor 0.65 for kitchen equipment in any non dwelling unit , so can i take this demand factor for kitchen equipment in restaurant or not ( the equipments more than 10 units )
 
The table states kitchen equipment for non dwelling. A restaurant is a non dwelling unit so yes you can use the demand factor
