Demand factor on range

I am running a new wire for a 11.5kw range. Do I have to take it at 100% for the branch circuit size? It's been a while since I calculated one. The branch circuit, 11,500 watts ÷ 240 = 47.92 amps.
Thanks

Take a look at a Table 220.55 column C, and Note 4 at the bottom of the table.

Ok, thanks. It's been a while. So I can figure the branch circuit for ranges less than 12kw, at 8kw, which is:
8000/240 volts = 33.33 amps which will take a # 8 wire, according to column C.
Thanks

You also need to comply with the minimum circuit size of 40 amps for ranges over 8.75 kw. {210.19(A)(3)}
