I would appreciate if some can tell me what are the demand factors that i have to use in a multifamily building of 20 units, with a total of:

20 ranges (1 per each unit)=
10 Cloth dryers (1 in just 10 units)=
20 a/c units (1 per each unit)=
20 appliances (1 per each unit)=

This is really urgent

Thank You

Re: Demand Factors

Within any given unit (i.e., for calculating the unit?s feeder), the demand factors are all 100%. When calculating the service to then entire building, there are tables in Article 220, as Roger has mentioned.

Re: Demand Factors

I just designed a restaurant where these demand factors where applied, and I have to agree with Roger and Charlie b.

You know I often wondered by they say 65% over 6 appliances or not less than the largest two, as if only the larges two might be on at once. But hey it has worked so far, so why argue!

Lady :)
