Demand Factors

I am doing a retirement home where the current service entrance is 2000A. They would like to add another service entrance for new PTAC Units. There are 52 new PTAC Units and these would all go on the new service. I have a calculated load of 260000 VA (5kw heater on PTAC, 208/1/60). What kind of demand factors can I take?

I don't think you can apply any demand factor to the service (phase line). The 70% of the remainder of 200A is for neutral calculation only.
