Hello,
I'm working on determining a existing dwelling load on a load center. I am utilizing the utility company information based off a 12 month span(220.87). My question is all i have is KWH values on utility information. I was expecting to see a peak kilowatt value and divide that by 240 volt and get my peak amperage load over that 12 months. How can i convert KWH to a value i can utilize for load calculation? Thx

Well i'm looking at using 220.83B then, because i am replacing a gas furnace with an electric heat pack. Are there any general guidelines to determine the appliance VA or do i have to physically go through the house and read all nameplates on the appliances. As usual very few of the breakers are labeled. So i'm trying to determine what load i have on the load center. A home owner will not be willing to pay for someone to come out and monitor the system for 30 days.
 
The breakers being labeled isn’t necessary for doing a load Calc.

Yes, you need to check nameplates for fastened in place appliances.

See Annex D for examples of how to apply 220.82/83.
