If had an exiting office space and they where removing all electrical work, duplexes, lighting etc. and you were only tracing, disconnecting and safe off circuits with removals by others how would you handle circuits within walls not being removed? Laborers could not remove those correct?

Not asking if it's NEC. Asking what have or would normally be done by the electrician.

Electrician only kills power and demo proof saved circuits.
The rest is sawzall.
Also interesting to see if demo company gets the scrap- sometimes...
