Have a branch panel board( about (12) 20A circuits) feeding about a 2,000 sq. ft area that's being demoed. There are adjacent areas that are remaining active.
They want to demo area and have all circuits safed off for disconnection and ripped out by demo guy. What would the process/task be?

  1. Would you have to trace out circuits? Assume not if panel schedule accurate. Flipping breaker would be involved for checking ckts?
  2. Guess you may run into situation were circuit feeds demoed area and are to remain active.
  3. Conduits are coming out of panel. Guess you could cut those conduits at panel or just flip breaker to denergize
  4. Labeling/identifying would have to be involed so demo guys know what dead and ready to be pulled out?
Thanks.

Some depends on space.
Commercial or residential?

Usually gotta identify and separate anything needing re-fed, make sure it's all dead, then let 'em have it.

Or do all the demo yourself
