We have a job at a local college where one of the floors will teach dentistry. As a result, there are many dental chairs for students to learn. What codes should I specifically be looking for dental offices? I’m guessing it’s somewhere in Art 517.

Yes, 517, mostly Patient Care Spaces. The main issue is the conduit must be a valid equipment grounding conductor and also have a green grounding wire in the conduit, so no PVC, flex longer than 6 feet, MC or AC cable that isn't "HCF" listed, etc.
