Dental office (in Calif.) exhaust pipe

I am want to know ,
if I need to enclose vacuum-compressor pipes , (fresh air and exhaust pipes that run parallel and horizontally in the ceiling space to outside) in a 1 hour fire restive box made of 5/8" drywalls. ?????

where are the codes about this , where-referral??
is it in NFPA-99 AND,
2013 Calf. Fire Code.
