The Sperry looks interesting.
I have an old unit made by " Multi Systems " which is golden reliable, good to 277v. These are no longer made but can sometimes be found on Ebay.
The Extech CB10 is to be avoided. Looks good but will give a tone feedback through a shared neutral which makes it totally useless.
