I need to supply 120v 20 circuit for a gate motor. 20' from where power exits bldg.
GC to saw cut side walk and drive. We trench.
Under drive is supposed to be 2' by code .
Can using RMC change that depth?

Sorry Jumper I'm leaving out the important details again.
Its a commercial bldg.
Can I have them pour the section they cut out back to be a crossing sidewalk. Then say hey its a sidewalk they drive over. Lol no curb edge of coarse.

Sorry my friend, 24" it is.

As far as cutting the driveway and such, instead it might be worth talking to the GC about maybe having a sub do directional boring. Quick, easy, and no repair needed.

My friend I swear to you those were the first words out of my mouth.
The gate motor goes 20' east and a sign 20' north.
I said if you cut out one expansion section of the sidewalk and give them a entrance hole ....they will come up in the sidewalk pull the pipes in for you when they back out and the inspector will give you a green tag and never even look.
They passed on it. They're gonna cut the drive and I'm gonna trench. Better cut it wide because I'm a fat lazy digger....just kidding
