Derated value on heaters

I have a nursing home that my customer wants to replace the existing heater with PTEC heaters. The existing heaters are piped from the boiler. The new PTEC require a 20A 208 single phase circuit with a max amp draw of 16A. Factor the 125% continuous load and that gets me to 20A.

There are 32 of these going in one wing. There are 2 wings total. I was planning on bringing a panel over into each wing for these. Is there a derated value when calculating the service needed for these?

I do have my engineer meeting me for a site visit next week but I'd like to figure this out before we meet.

I was looking in the 2014 NEC and I was wondering if 220.82 (C) (5) applies.

220.82(C)(5) would not apply. 220.82 applies to a single dwelling unit...(are the nursing home units "dwelling units" in your case?)

You want to look at 220.51 Exception. You could get permission from the AHJ for a lower than 100% feeder.
