Derating in a wireway

Went through archives and found a good bit but just want to be sure I am correct. Once I get to 30 ccc I start to derate in accordance with 310.15(B)(2)(a) so.

31- 40 = 40%
41 and up = 35%

at least to the allowable fill...

:grin: Thats ok when I saw it in the NEC study book I thought it was a typo and though oh it must mean 3 even circled it till I got to the code section and saw that it said 30 too. Seeing as I have not received anything either way I am pretty sure I am reading it correctly, and that I got it. Just want to make sure...never know with the NEC
