derating when run with cable tray

If we run (4) sets of 4#600MCM in overhead cable tray, do we need to derate? If so, which NEC section has rule to detate?
 
See 392.80 for the ampacity rules of tray. It depends on the conductor types, spacing, and if there's a cover.

If you're terminating within equipment on either end of the run, be sure to limit the ampacity by 110.14 (C) (1).
