Derating

I have a 12x12x6' gutter with 2 2inch conduits going into a panel. One is for my feeders, and the other is for my circuitry. In that 2 inch, do i have to derate? How many wires can i put in that conduit?

how far is the 2 inch from the panel to gutter?

The 2 inch is 2 feet from the gutter to the panel

You're good to go as long as you remember;

Where conduit or tubing nipples having a maximum length not to exceed 600 mm (24 in.) are installed between boxes, cabinets, and similar enclosures, the nipples shall be permitted to be filled to 60 percent of their total cross-sectional area, and 310.15(B)(2)(a) adjustment factors need not apply to this condition.
