Design for Methadone Clinic

I'm doing electrical design for a Methadone clinic. I'm reading NEC 517 and can't determine if it requires an emergency generator ???????

The clinics I am familiar with don't have any essential systems except maybe emergency lighting.

If yours doesn't you shouldn't need an em generator.

we also have worked at these facilities and no generator was required -- it is a nurse's station who gives out prescription medicine as directed... tuna

most are lobby oriented. the (excuse the term) Junkies walk in get their methedone from the window and leave. most never go past the lobby. not really a clinic or doctors office.
