Design load calculation

Have 400 AMP PANEL ( ONLY FEEDING. 4 - 100 MP. RECEPTACLE PANELS. ). Each panel has its own feeder.
And feeders sized according to code.
Power supply 112.50 kva. transformer, secondary 208 / 120 V.
My question with out any other data given, how would you calculate the design. load ?
 
Only receptacle load ? Non-residential ? Normally 180va per yoke but look at 220.14(I) for details but the transformer is oversized for that calculation s I would think you design it around the transformer using Art 450 & 240..
