Need advice about a POCO that has been emailing and verbally telling a customer of mine not to use me.

They are regulated by the PUC and I am thinking of suing them.

I did a job and had to deal with them to get power. The service planner emailed the Vice President of different corporation the email I sent him.

Why? To hide under his skirt? Or to ruin my business relationship.

A different service planner from the same POCO told the manager in charge of construction not to use me, he said, "I call his boss". I let that one go because I got that job. One of the reasons the manager gave it to me because he said this.

It is to the point I have to do something and I do not know what.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You are best to discuss this with your attorney, posting on here makes it public, and may only make matters worse.

I think you need to start by calling your lawyer and asking him what he thinks. Lawyers are usually a better place to get good legal advice than NEC code forums.

I agree.
