I wish to run a shop subfeed to a detached building. From my understanding of the NEC, I would need to isolated the neutral and ground at the subfeed and install 2 ground rods. Also, I would run a ground in my pvc conduit back to the house distribution panel. So I would have 3 conductors and an insulated ground wire installed from the house to the subfeed (4 conductors). Is this correct? comments?
