Determining number of Sections in a Distribution or Switchboard

I have a 3000 Amp Board.
It contains 2 - 1600A switches
2 - 600A
1 - 400A
1 - 200A spare

How do I figure out how many sections this panel will be?

Please any help would be beneficial.

The only way I know how to do it is to call one or two vendors, and ask how they would provide the required breakers with their equipment. It is not a design choice that I, as the design engineer, would be making.
