I am looking for those white little device spacer plates that go behind the devise to keep it from going back into the wall because the sheet rocker
cut the top or bottom of the rock to much? Not the add-a-depth or box extenders. The ones that just keep the devises from going to far back in the wall.

You might show the sheet rockers 314.21, the NEC requires that the plaster, plaster board or drywall surface have no gaps greater than 1/8".

The only plastic ones I know of are the extender type but they work fine. http://www.smarthomeusa.com/ShopByManufacturer/Arlington/Item/BE1/

Raco makes a metal version that is just flat.

a box of washers would probably be more ecconomical though.

That's what I was thinking, but then he mentions that there is too much rock cut out - so there may be an issue with meeting 314.12. Those ones you show are good if it's just a matter of the box being improperly set too far back - but not excessive - as you can't have a gap between box and rock.
