What is it powering?
If it is allowed in there I'd say it likely shouldn't take up more than 75% of the cross section of the wireway, yet having a hard time finding any code to apply to anything but terminal blocks being in the wireway.
Are those conductors in there or cables? If all cables it maybe could be just treated as a general use housing to hold said equipment and cables. If art 310 conductors are in there then it is a wireway.

Those pictures on the left look to be of a NEMA 3 cabinet, not a wireway. Installing a receptacle within to power equipment is allowable.
I have no idea how it relates to the picture on the right or even what any of it is for.

I believe the last pic was to show us where the enclosure is in the wireway by where the guy's hands are.

Perhaps mfg. has it all listed as an assembly ? Yes, where installer is reaching in is device.

It's a 12 x 12 wireway, because it is below a Sol-Ark inverter that requires that size because of how far knockouts are from back mounting surface.

If not all the volume is needed you could build out the mounting surface for a lesser depth wireway.
