There are a couple guys at work who swear by them. Claim they can make holes through 1/4" steel in no time.
I personally think they're a joke. They're noisy as all hell and don't last a 1/4 as long as my Greenlee ultra cutters. Just looking those up, I see Greenlee has some carbide ones as well with an interchangable arbor. I may have to give those a shot.

the greenlee carbide ones i've got a couple in 1/2 and 3/4... they work pretty well...
most of the time i use a KO set... i am partial to the greenlee 90 degree quickshot...
i've modified it a bit, and can pull all the KO's to 1.5 inches with the stainless steel
draw stud, and a special arbor adapter that greenlee discontinued, but i machined
up a couple of them.... a 1/2 inch pilot hole is all i need... no double pulling of holes
