On a residential, if I have a 1 GFCI receptacle to protect all my bathroom. And 2 circuits in kitchen. What kind of breaker do I use DFCI,GCFI or AFCI as far as new code?

bathroom done NEC 2014 -- unless the lighting for the bathroom is part of a circuit that requires afci (hall lights) then gfi for lighting s not req & afci is -- gfi recept used for app circuits req additional afci protection -- NEC 2014 dealers choice on how the protection is installed vs breakers & devices

For the 2014 NEC, and as you phrase your question,

1.: Bath. With a GFCI receptacle protecting ALL the bathroom, there is no special breaker required as long as the branch circuit supplying the bath supplies only outlets in the bath.

2.: Kitchen 2 circuits. If both of these two branch circuits are the Small Appliance Branch Circuits, you can choose either AFCI or DFCI breakers (assuming the SABCs are not a multiwire, shared neutral, branch circuit) depending upon whether you want to install GFCI protection in the receptacle outlets, or back at the beginning of the branch circuit.

To be clear, you don't specify if the wiring is new, or the extension of existing branch circuits. Extending existing branch circuits offers even more choices for you to pick from.

Thank You very much.
