Diesel fuel dispensing

I have 5000 gallon diesel tank with a dispensor. I am wiring get the building adjacent to the tank and dispensor. The roof of the building overhangs the dispensor. Is any of this a classified location or does the flash point make it all a unclassified locatioN?
 
Diesel does not trigger hazardous location, but if you happen to also have gasoline dispensers then those can still have overlapping classified area with a diesel dispenser.
