Diesel standby generator testing

What is the proper way to test diesel genets? Currently my understanding is weekly no load tests at 15 minutes and 6 month tests under load bank at the standby rating for at least 90 minutes to prevent wet stacking.

I have all of the generators I am responsible for set to test weekly for 20 min. under load. Then I load bank them every year. Running a diesel unit under a no load condition will wet stack it quicker. With no load the engine usually will not get up to operating temperature to even open the thermostat in the engine.
