Differences Between ICC E1/E2 and G16 or T16

I passed the E1 and E2 four years ago. I have been approached to teach classes and one of their requirements of the institution is that the instructor holds an Electrical Journeyman certification. To those of you who have taken the Inspector's exams in addition to the Contractor's Journeyman/Master Electrician exams, how different are they? I noticed the time limit on the contractor's exams are much longer and also much cheaper than what I had to pay for my Inspector's exams.
