Different Labor Rates on software

I have been using ConEst for a while but we recently switched over to Accubid. The labor rates seem to be substantially higher on Accubid comparted to ConEst.
Some lengths of conduit can have a difference of 50%. Does anyone notice this in other software?
 
Labor units are different?
They all have different levels or columns you can choose from that are more in-line of what you were using. Of course you can customize.
Takes some work to tweak a new software sometimes
