Looking for opinions when it comes to combining circuits from multiple panels with the same voltages in the same raceway. And same situation with different voltages (Ex. 120v with 277v).

Some guys don't like to do it but it is code compliant. In some cases it makes a lot of sense since it can save a lot of extra work. The separation issue will arise when you use circuits covered under article 700.
 
Thinking about it, I'd say that if we're talking about a complete job, I'd keep the two systems separate, for convenience's and safety's sakes.

If we need a single run for a particular piece of equipment, and there's already a conduit conveniently along the necessary path, absolutely do it.
