When using a digital circuit breaker finder transmitter (Klein ET300) on a receptacle in an adjacent room to kitchen, under cabinet LED lights in kitchen will flicker and or go out when transmitter is plugged in. The kitchen which has all lighting including under cabinet LED lights (hard wired) on its own circuit and separate from adjacent room. Can the transmitter create some interference that would cause this to happen with LED lighting in proximity of transmitter?

Sounds like you have answered your own question.
Are the circuits MWBC. Shared neutral?

Kitchen lighting circuit is not MWBC, the circuit where I am plugging transmitter into only has a single outlet on it.
This is causing under cabinet LED lights to flicker or shut off on the kitchen lighting circuit. Thinking transmitter and LED lights
have some interference.
