Does anyone know what the below device is used for and how it works?

I believe they are just two individual dry contacts to drop out a/c loads(breaking the control power).

The 4 DLM are 120 outputs(to control relays) to control load shedding.They are prioritized by which ones you want to keep on.(If the generator is overloading it will shed 4 then 3 etc.)

I "believe" that is how it works, I just starting wiring one up so that is as far as I got.
