Use a close nipple into the hub, conduit body, etc. and one of these. Completely stupid but it is what it is.

I have seen the threads on this but..father I must confess.. I have sinned
I still just use raintight EMT fittings,
one of the brands has a yellow washer I try to get that brand and never enter the top.
I also drill small drain holes in bell boxes.
I mostly do commercial and residential.
If I had to go into a fancy nema 4x control panel I would certainly order some nice fittings to preserve the rating.
