Dimmer Requirement in NYC Energy Code

Hello Everyone,

Im working on a lighting retrofit in a school and wanted to get a second opinion of Dimmer requirements in NYC. My understanding from the 2020 NYC energy code is that vacancy sensors are mandotory but I cannot locate anywhere that states dimmers are required as well. If anyone has experience with this please help.
