Direct burial to schedule 80 pipe transitions

I'm working on a solar project where all the DC feeders are direct burial. On one end they are brought through underground piping into the recombiner, while the other end is brought up through a schedule 80 90° sweep onto a cab system. Is there somewhere in the code that indicates how far below grade, the pipe must extend before the cables may exit into direct burial?

Agreed. Whatever the cover is required for your direct burial should be that number.
