Disconnect for 120 VAC

Hello,

I have a small cabinet with just a 120 VAC to 24vdc siemens power supply in it. It supplies 24vdc to a nearby cabinet.
Does this small enclosure require a disconnect switch something similar to the 480 vac disconnects?

However, I am planning to use a circuit breaker inside the same enclosure where the 120vac connects first before it is wired to the power supply. Will the circuit breaker enough?

Or do I need a Rotary disconnect on the door or so

Where and what is the cabinet plugged into now?
 
The 120VAC feed for the cabinet is supposed to come from the customer. (may be from a breaker in their panel).

The 24vdc out from this cabinet feeds my Remote IO Cabinet
