Disconnect for A/C

So, its a suburb of \\Chicago, Lombard IL. my question is:
I have a 20 amp circuit to run, I want to run it through a pullout 30 Amp A/C disconnect box, COMPLETELY separate from the 30 amps - I do not want to tap....I want to run it through the 3/4 that only has 2 # 10s from the panel, to get out of basement, around a corner - that puts me 10 feet away from where I need to be. Then, splice the 12s in the A/c disconnect box, and run a 1/2 rigid off their disconnect box through its 1/2 KO...Can I do this, I looked all over 430 and can't find a yes or no.....

One possible issue is if the AC conductors are already operating at or near their maximum ampacity and now you need to derate them to 80%.
