This is a gas fired make up air unit, it has a blower motor and controls all in one unit. A factory disconnect is built into the unit. It is operable from outside the unit.

Is another disconnect required?

I'm not sure what section of the code to look under. It's not a fixed electric heater or air conditioner. Maybe 430 even though it's a complete unit?
