Disconnect Height

I seem to remember reading in the Code that the maximum height for a disconnect handle is 6'7" above the floor. But I can't seem to find it again. Could someone tell me if this is correct and where I could find it in the code book. Thanks.

Anyone know where the 6'7" height came from? Im sure i tmust be from some sort of biological statistic about the average height and reach of the typical person, but who knows?
