Disconnect in bathroom

Are fused disconnects allowed in a commercial bathroom? I know as long as its not service related then I should be ok right? I just want to double check with all you smart fellows on here.

I had to check myself on this one, but now I agree with Bob. The prohibition against overcurrent devices within bathrooms is limited to dwelling units and hotel/motel guest rooms.
