Disconnect kitchen nema rating

Commericial kitchen has all gfci receptacle 120V. I have couple of disconnects in kitchen. What should the minimum proper nema rating should be per nec 110.28 for disconnect in commericial kitchen?

Standard NEMA 1 enclosures are the norm IME.

Extreme areas might call for a NEMA 4, but rare in a kitchen.

Understandable question. Note GFCI is for personnel safety based on plugging in/out. If equipment is be subject to wash-down, then other than NEMA 1 would be appropriate. Talk with your owner and review what other electrical equipment is rated if existing.
