I think most of us assume residential when we here instant water heaters but they are commercial as well.
108000/208/1.73=300A
108000/480/1.73=130A

Since the OP said single PH, I didn't figure for 3PH.
The instant type water heater is 108KW at 277/480V, 3ph, 4W. The water heater is for a emergency shower in a warehouse application. Prefer not having a disconnect switch next to emergency shower.
