I have 2 disconnects that are with in 3 ft of a fryer. I didnt get a nema 3 r enclosure. Do yall think the inspector will flag me.on this. Any suggstions would be appreciated, thanks

Why do you think a 3R disconnect can be used near fryers?

What jurisdiction? Are you the electrician that installed them near the fryer? Does your inspection office have a way to contact the inspector to ask him, or is this a known NO, and you are hoping he doesn't see it?

As far as disconnects go,
I’m not aware of any distance limitations in relation of electrical equipment and fryers.
