I will be replacing an existing disconnect this next week that’s on a 120/240 high leg 3 phase system. I know 2 and 3 pole breakers for these systems need to be straight voltage rated but I have never replaced a main disconnect on one of these systems and would like to know if the disconnect must also straight voltage rated or if it’s ok to use a 120/240 slash rated disconnect. FYI, this is a disconnect fed from a main cabinet and is not the service equipment.

I've never noticed or don't remember, but don't discos in general have a single voltage rating?

Yes; they are all either 240V or 600V. 240V discos work for 240V or 208V.
