Disconnect requirement

I am feeding a panel from a bus duct which is 300 feet away. I have used a bus plug which has fused disconnect located at bus duct.
As the panel is located 300 feet far from this bus plug, Do we need a disconnect for this panel at line of sight?
Which article in NEC explains about this situation?

There is no requirement for a disconnect for panelboards. You do however need a label on the panelboard indicating where the power originates, 408.4(B)
