Sizing a disconnect for phase converter for 10 hp motor. Per NEC ART455.8(C) (2) Locked rtotor rating of 10 HP = 162 A * 200% =324 A going down table 430.251(B) this translates to a 2 pole disconnect rated 25 HP. I can't seem to find such a device in Sq. D catalog. What am I doing wrong?

Why not use a circuit breaker or molded-case switch as the required disconnecting means, per 445.8(C)(1)? You'd need a c/b 70A or larger for the your installation.
