disconnect switch mounting height

What is the required mounting height for a disconnect switch mounted on a parking canopy column?

No exact required height that I know of. 6'7" max to center of handle IIRC.

Check out 404.8(A) 6'7" to the center of the operating handle.

I would think higher than can be hit by the largest vehicle that can fit and under 6'7'.
