Disconnect Switch or Circuit Breaker?

Can I use a circuit breaker as my main means of disconnect for my 3 phase 460V circuit? In the past we have used a fusible disconnect switch to disconnect power. This 3 phase circuit contains three 40hp motors, VFD, Line reactors, line filters, 3 460 to 120 step down transformers.
 
You may if it is properly rated (including AIC rating).
Fusible disconnects are often used to reduce available fault currents.
