Can you have ONE disconnect switch feed (3) loads that are 1P-20A each and each require a separate circuit?
Doubt you can bring 3 circuits to a disconnect.

Plenty of 3 pole disconnect switches out there. No reason you cannot wire each one up to a separate branch circuit.

Can you explain in a little more detail? Are you feeding the disco with a 3 phase network? Phase 1 - phase 2 - phase 3 - neutral?
