Disconnect type...

I have a Hot Tub to wire this week and would like to get some input. I will be installing a 50 amp GFCI breaker in the main panel and running 3/4" PVC to the outdoor Hot Tub on the deck.

Question: At the Hot Tub would a pull out non fused disconnect satisfy the requirement of 680.41?

Is this in a single family dwelling? If so 680.41 does not apply due to the exception. However 680.12 would apply so you would need a maintenance disconnect. A pull out disconnect will satisfy the requirement.
